Hello and welcome, These are your rules and your regulations, We want all our users to tell what their avatar username is however, it is not required. When signing up we encourage linking your main accounts shop from imvu! In fact we urge it, if you have any complaints against you this is the easiest way to prove or disprove the account. Therefor Saving us and you time! When signing up, you will be required to provide your IMVU Member ID, so that we can verify that you are in fact from imvu and in fact who you say that you are. Only Administrators/Moderators can see this Member ID.
Basic Rules:
The Basic Rules of this forum are simple and to the point.
1.) Don't Commit Fraud
2.) Don't represent yourself falsely
3.) Always pay for your requests or expect them to be sold to another user.
4.) Never use any other form of payment other than PayPal
5.) Always report suspicious activity
6.) Do not sell stolen files
If a file reseller wants your imvu username they have a right to have it, Yes people are allowed and can deny your order if you do not co-operate.
File Sellers:
You are to use this form when people are purchasing your products

Against the Rules For Sellers:
1.) Not giving the customer the product that you
2.) giving a customer the product they did not purchase
3.) Selling files that you do not have the rights to reselling
4.) Telling a Customer they did not purchase a product when they did.
For Customers:
1.) Buy from trusted Re-sellers never buy from locked posts
2.) Buy using Paypal only, you can dispute transactions like that.
Against The Rules For Customers:
1.) Claiming that you bought something and you did not.
2.) Reselling files that you do not have rights to on another website or this one.
Becoming a Moderator:You have to be a member for 6 months with 0 strikes against your account to become a moderator. You have to have a completely clean slate and your location will be checked out BY ME! not because I do not trust you but because I need moderators that can be on at certain times so I can have a moderator on almost at all times. When you are a moderator and I find out you have been treating others unkind YOU WILL BE DISABLED BECAUSE YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE RESPECTFUL.
Being Disabled and Strikes: You have a strike system against you as a Buyer and as a Seller. 3 strikes within a week is a month ban. Certain offenses will get you banned period, no coming back Fraud will get you permanently banned.
Fraud:
Definition of fraud: wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain; a person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities.
For Sellers:
1.) Not giving the customer the product that you

3.) Selling files that you do not have the rights to reselling
4.) Telling a Customer they did not purchase a product when they did.
5.) Selling someone else's work without permission
6.) Putting names of Original Artist on Purchased Resell-able Items
For Customers:
1.) Claiming that you bought something and you did not.
2.) Reselling files that you do not have rights to on another website or this one.
